Terms

Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

There is a minimum order amount of $15.00.


Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time.


Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.


WE GENERALLY SHIP BY UPS (United Parcel Service).

We ship according to UPS Holiday shipping schedule. Please adjust your schedule accordingly.

CALCULATING SHIPPING COSTS

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges for UPS Ground Service in the U.S. are quoted as follows:

1. Extra large/heavy boxes will be charged an additional fee without prior notification after your order confirmation if not already added at the checkout. This modified amount will be shown in your credit card statement.

2. Anything shipped using a Freight company might incur additional charges for shipping. We will however contact you the customer before applying these charges or shipping the product.

3. Shipping costs for UPS Next Day Air®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, UPS 3 Day Select®, and (Extra large/heavy, Multiple box orders) are calculated using your zip code, the weight and size of the item(s) and the UPS rate tables. We do not offer this option online but will ship products using the above mentioned methods. To place an order via UPS Next Day Air®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, UPS 3 Day Select® please call us at 1-702-952-4218 so we can give you an accurate quote on shipping.

*NOTE: The best way to get an estimated shipping cost for your order is to add your item(s) to your shopping cart, enter your shipping information and proceed to the billing screen. It will calculate your estimated shipping cost before you finalize your order.

** PLEASE NOTE **: All orders are subject to a minimum shipping charge.

** IMPORTANT **: Shipping charges quoted are not exact, some orders may be modified without prior notification (although this is not normally the case and we will attempt to contact you before we do this) after your order confirmation to reflect a decrease or increase in charges for actual shipping and handling fees accessed at time of shipment. Dependent on the item's amount and or the value or nature of the items sent, some orders will be sent with "signature required" or "adult signature required" and will not be left at shipping address. You agree to be responsible to be present for delivery of your order or reshipping, handling and or restocking fees may be charged.


Damaged Shipments. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.


Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.


Return Merchandise Policy. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department.We have a 30 day warranty. All orders can be canceled unless they have already been shipped. If the order is canceled before shipping has occurred, there is a 6% fee to cover additional credit card processing fees.If the customer decides against purchasing the product(s) after the delivery has left the warehouse, it is the customers responsibility to send the product back to us at their cost and will also be subject to a 20% restocking fee.If a product is received damaged or not working, please contact us immediately and either replacement partsor a new unit will be sent out.You must email the return request to support@playsmarttoysonline.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.

If you received a different product than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:

·  All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).

·  Original packaging.

·  Original invoice or receipt.


Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:

  1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
  2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
  3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
